The Muelle Tres Cocina Del Mar in Ensenada was created by Manzanilla owner Benito Molino and is now owned by David Martínez Garza. The building is right on the boardwalk and walking distance from downtown. Just pass all the ceviche places and fish sales people calling out to you and get down to the “pier.”
Everything we ordered was amazing. We tried to come here on a recent visit and they were so packed that we ended up just eating at Mariscos La Guerrerense. They are closed Mondays as are most of the better restaurants in town. If you are hungry on a Monday, or any day for that matter, the best choice is Boules in nearby San Miguel owned by David’s brother Javier.
