Corazón De Tierra Restaurant at the Villa Del Valle Hotel in Ensenada has the farm to table thing down perfectly. To celebrate our union we could not think of any other place we wanted to go. The dinner we had could not have been any better. From start to finish, everything we were served was truly a work of art.
The service here is top notch and leaves others in the dust. Each course gets fresh silverware, and the attentive staff paces the food perfectly. Our honeymoon dinner here was made even more amazing by the Champagne from Vena Cava. We were poured some excellent Zinfandel / Sauvignon Blanc Brut Natural and can’t wait to go back for more!
